Each of CDL’s focus areas (Livelihood & Economic Inclusion, Education, WASH, and Climate Change) is led by a dedicated team of program managers and field staff. These teams are responsible for the implementation of specific projects and interventions, including community engagement, training, and monitoring. Each program team reports to the Director of Programs.
