CDL maintains regional or district-level field offices to facilitate the smooth implementation of projects at the community level. Each field office is led by a Field Coordinator, who ensures local project management and coordination with stakeholders. The field teams work directly with communities, ensuring timely delivery of services and reporting progress to the Senior Management Team.
